About the Role:
Fruit Farm Labourer - Scarlett Acres Limited is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fruit Farm Labourer. As a key member of our farming team, you will be responsible for cultivating and harvesting fresh fruits and vegetables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high prices in the market.
- Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.
- Weeding and harvesting crops to maintain a healthy and productive farm environment.
- Cut horticultural crops to prepare them for market.
Work Environment:
As a Fruit Farm Labourer, you will work outdoors in a rural area, exposed to various weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements:
