Position Overview

The role of an Early Childhood Education Assistant at Richmond Star Education Ltd. involves supporting the development and learning of young children in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize daycare equipment to ensure a safe and engaging environment.
  • Facilitate storytelling sessions to enhance children's imagination and language skills.
  • Assist early childhood educators in implementing programs that foster children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
  • Support educators or supervisors in maintaining accurate records of children's progress.
  • Engage children in various activities, including storytelling, singing, and crafting.
  • Guide children in developing healthy habits related to eating, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Prepare nutritious snacks and arrange spaces for meals and rest periods.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
