Job Title: Senior Web Designer and Developer Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Designer and Developer Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design and development team, you will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams to develop engaging and interactive websites that exceed client expectations.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in web development and design.
  • As a Senior Web Designer and Developer Lead, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to develop and document website requirements, preparing mock-ups and storyboards, sourcing and selecting information for inclusion, and designing the appearance, layout, and flow of websites.
  • You will also lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity, as well as research and evaluate software products.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements.
  • Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize website designs.
  • Sourcing and selecting information for inclusion in websites.
  • Designing the appearance, layout, and flow of websites.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
  • Research and evaluate software products to improve website functionality.
  • Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure website reliability and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in web development and design, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of web development frameworks and technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
