At BlueShore Financial, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Financial Planning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with our retail operations and business leadership to design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that enhance sales performance and support the achievement of strategic goals.
About the RoleThis is a key position within our organization, requiring strong expertise in financial planning strategies, effective sales communications, and related processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess and identify learning & development needs, recommending solutions to meet branch, department, or individual learning objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver specialized programs that support future talent requirements and our approach to building intentional client relationships.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and instruction on building and nurturing intentional client relationships across all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Develop and deliver traditional and digital training programs, instructional material, and evaluation tools related to sales coaching, sales training, and/or practice management.
We welcome candidates who possess a proven track record in financial services and financial planning strategies, including experience with effective sales communications and related processes. Certification as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is an asset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, live virtual instruction tools, and digital authoring tools is also beneficial.
