Job Title: Accounts Payables Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Clerk to join our team at Randstad Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, ensuring authorized amounts are taken according to the type of expense, and assisting in the month-end closing process.

Responsibilities:
• Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure authorized amounts are taken according to the type of expense
• Assist in the month-end closing process
• Analyze supplier statements and follow up on missing invoices
• Verify appropriate expense allocation and general ledger accounts
• Ensure required approval is obtained to confirm processing of supplier invoices

Requirements:
• DEC/AEC in Accounting or other relative experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working with a Sage 50 or other ERP Systems
• Bilingual (an asset)
