At Redline Trucking, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and efficiency in our operations. We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Truck Fleet Administrator to join our team.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our administrative team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, including review and evaluation of new administrative procedures, delegation of work to office support staff, establishment of work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will also assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
