Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at New Hourin Ramen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and motivate our team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to new staff members, ensuring that they understand our policies, procedures, and standards.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Address Customer ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Maintain Records and ReportsAccurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management to inform business decisions.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement effective work schedules, ensuring that our staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis is a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
