Job Title: Banking Advisor

Job Summary:

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and advice to Personal and Small Business clients. You will be responsible for listening to clients' needs, resolving complex situations, and offering appropriate solutions to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, and estate planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients on financial matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Identify and recommend financial products and services that meet clients' needs
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Mutual fund representative (MFR) licence
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
