Dishroom Assistant

MAGS 99 Fried Chicken and Mexican Cantina is seeking a reliable Dishroom Assistant to join our team.

We are a fast-paced, casual dining restaurant serving high-quality fried chicken and Mexican cuisine. As a Dishroom Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy their dining experience.

• Loading and unloading dishwashers, as well as washing and sanitizing dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Packaging take-out food for customers
• Preparing, heating, and finishing simple food items
• Stocking refrigerators and salad bars with fresh ingredients
• Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we offer on-the-job training
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

• Competitive salary: $38,400 - $48,600 per year (based on 40 hours per week)
