About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Display Design Supervisor to join our team at Tile and Stone Source. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of our exhibits and displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our design team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Exhibit Design
    • Plan and develop permanent and temporary exhibits and displays for our trade shows, conventions, and retail spaces.
  • Project Management
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that projects are completed within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies to complete projects.
  • Visual Display Design
    • Design settings, scenic environments, costumes, and lighting for our exhibits and displays.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays
    • Assist in the display of merchandise and create visually appealing displays to showcase our products.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
    • Ability to distinguish between colors.
