As a Production Setup Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reading charts and tables to determine the optimal sequence of operation for changeovers.
- Performing changeovers for flavor and format changes to support our production schedule requirements.
- Setting up, maintaining, and inspecting packaging machines to ensure they're running efficiently.
- Completing preventive maintenance requirements, including dismantling, lubricating, cleaning, and assembling parts of machinery.
- Detecting the need for maintenance repairs and providing written and oral reports accordingly.
- Setting up machines and providing support on the production lines to achieve output and quality standards.
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. If you have experience with equipment installation and maintenance, and a passion for quality and innovation, we'd love to hear from you.
