EBS Analyst

Artech LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled EBS Analyst for a contract position located in Montreal or Quebec City. As an EBS Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the client's operations and activities.

This 100% remote contract position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience with the Oracle EBS HR module and at least 2 years of experience in incident resolution, service requests, and PL-SQL execution.

• Participate in the sequence of operations and activities to be carried out for each administrative reorganization supported by deliverable PM030 in connection with the SAGIR system.
• Update operational documentation, including navigation instructions and procedures.
• Participate in testing and data loading.
• Collaborate with public organization resources and partners involved in this operation.
• Propose ways to improve and optimize activities and processes.
• Respond to requests for information from pilots in their field of public organizations.
• Handle incident and service request requests: Document the incident in the "Service Center" tool.

• Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle EBS HR module.
• Minimum 2 years experience with incident resolution, service requests, PL-SQL execution.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Montreal or Quebec City.
