Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Tenet Fintech Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our business units, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and contributing to the development of our company's legal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support to our business units on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with our business units to identify and address legal issues, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and provide recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and ensure that our company is compliant with all relevant requirements.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large corporation or a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
