About the Role:
Eva Lee & Associates Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancer to join our team. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of conveyancers, ensuring the smooth execution of conveyancing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Conveyancer, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook), with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to manage and execute conveyancing transactions.
- Knowledge of ProSuite and PC Law software is an asset, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to streamline conveyancing processes.
- Ability to electronically file documents in the Land Title Office through LTSA, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team, taking the lead and providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
- Ability to apply sound judgment to the application of policies and procedures, with a focus on ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards.
- Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
