The Role
We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, embodying our company values and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators, ensuring our restaurants meet and exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, team members, and senior management.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Apply conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to drive results and improve team performance.
- Assist with sales tracking, invoicing, and inventory management, ensuring our restaurants operate efficiently.
- Host informative briefings with service staff prior to each function or service, ensuring they're well-prepared to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Schedule staff effectively, considering service needs and ensuring adequate coverage.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in a similar work environment.
- An inspiring and seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Able to strive for excellence, challenge yourself and your team, and achieve goals.
- A team player who recognizes the value of collaboration and is committed to creating a positive work environment.
- Impressive attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet.
