We are seeking a reliable and efficient Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Ontario Limited.
Job SummaryThe Food Service Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a food service environment is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
The Food Service Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe hours of work will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
