About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. as a Clinical Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, working closely with healthcare professionals to resolve drug-related problems, and ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately check prescriptions, including clinical and technical aspects, and provide patient counseling.
  • Work with healthcare professionals to resolve drug-related problems and prepare orders for delivery.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure the proper dispensing of medications to clinics.
  • Perform administrative duties to support patient care and the pharmacy team.
  • Participate in all aspects of pharmacy operations, including clinical duties and team collaboration.
Requirements
  • Registered and licensed as a pharmacist with the provincial pharmacy college (RPh designation).
  • 1-2 years of pharmacist experience, preferably in a specialty medication setting.
  • Experience with Kroll pharmacy software is required.
  • Exceptional knowledge of third-party insurance plans, special authorizations, and EAPs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. Fluency in French is an asset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
