We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Avis Budget Car Rentals. In this role, you will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages, and overseeing payroll administration.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
  • Experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business operations or a related field

Salary and Benefits
