Master Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team at She Built Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials to build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
• Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
• Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade
• Own transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work at heights, in noisy, dusty, and outdoors environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
