Part-Time Elementary Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time elementary teacher/tutor at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a part-time teacher/tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to students in a variety of subjects, including language and social studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach up to 3 students at a time at different levels
  • Follow the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Kindergarten to Grade 8 curriculum
