Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Alberta Health Services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your expertise in Computed Tomography and Interventional Radiology to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform specialized technical radiological imaging examinations on patients for disease and pathology diagnosis.
  • Assist with the care and maintenance of imaging equipment.
  • Interpret physician requisitions and perform diagnostic imaging procedures for review.
Requirements
  • Diploma from an accredited Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) program.
  • Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT).
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working experience in Computed Tomography and Interventional Radiology in a Trauma and Pediatric Center.
Compensation

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
