About the Role:

Skoah is seeking a skilled Skin Care Specialist to join our team at our Broadway location. As a Skin Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality skin care services to our customers, including facial treatments and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, and mask applications
  • Recommend and sell Skoah products to customers based on their skin type and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Skoah's high standards for sanitation and hygiene
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Formal esthetics training and certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
