Sales Vice President Job Description

BOTTLES'CO BOTTLE & PACKAGING is seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice President to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed our revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
