Warehouse Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Windsor branch. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, order picking, customer service, inventory cycle counts, forklift driving, and other warehouse duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading materials with precision and efficiency
  • Accurately picking and processing orders to meet customer demands
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Conducting inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Operating a forklift safely and effectively
  • Performing other warehouse duties as required to support the team

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of warehouse operations
  • Valid forklift license and ability to operate safely
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
