About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Assurance Director to lead the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System. This individual will also oversee the manufacturing engineering team, ensuring process optimization for both legacy products and new product introductions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management processes and procedures.
  • Lead the manufacturing engineering team to optimize production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support corrective actions as needed.

This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in quality assurance, leadership, and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive technical experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Experience leading and managing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
