Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Marina Bay Academy Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children from infant to preschool age. This includes developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
  • Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
  • Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors
  • Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
  • Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • Experience working with children from infant to preschool age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
