About the Role:

As a Team Lead at Frank and Oak, you will be responsible for representing our brand and leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Frank and Oak brand is represented at all times
  • Assist in training and developing a team of sales associates
  • Achieve sales objectives by increasing key performance indicators
  • Assist in visual setups and ensure a consistent level of visual standards
  • Manage inventory and execute daily operations of a retail business
  • Build community through events and in-store activations

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the Frank and Oak brand
  • Strong leadership skills on the sales floor
  • Share values around the importance of sustainability and inclusivity in the workplace
  • Intrinsically motivated
  • Experience in retail
  • Bilingual is an asset
