We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our housekeeping team at The Hotel At Falcon Lake. As a Housekeeping Staff member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Clean and disinfect elevators, changing rooms, and showers
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
  • Provide basic information on hotel facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
