Key Responsibilities

  • Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Clinique products and services.
  • Support the development of the sales team through training and coaching.

Requirements
  • Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
