About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit candidate to assist in various aspects of construction site maintenance, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt, and cleaning up chemical spills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles or equipment
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and asphalt
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings and structures
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Requirements
  • No formal education is required, but relevant experience is necessary
  • Willingness to train and learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Durable physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
Work Environment

The selected candidate will work on a construction site with a moderate level of physical activity and exposure to dust and other environmental hazards. A salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on 35-40 hours per week) is offered, commensurate with experience.
