Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Regional Home Manager to join our team. As a Regional Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our home care services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of our home care services, including patient care, staff management, and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor patient care and staff performance.
- Identify and address any operational or clinical issues that may impact patient care or staff satisfaction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in home care or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
