About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team at All Weather Windows. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining windows and doors in homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and replace windows and doors, including glass and site glazing
  • Inspect job sites and measure sealed units for replacement
  • Perform heavy lifting of glass and other materials
  • Maintain detailed paperwork and records
  • Represent All Weather Windows in a professional and courteous manner
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Perform in-shop service work and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
  • Some product knowledge preferred
  • Good customer relations and communication skills
  • Innovative and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to work at heights over 12 feet
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting
  • Team player with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable in any situation
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
  • Pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
