About the Role:

The Associate Assistant Superintendent of Learning will play a critical role in the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Superintendent. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing observable impact planning in alignment with the district's priorities of Inspiring Thinking, Cultivating Well-Being, and Building Relationships through the lens of our Catholic faith.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement observable impact planning in alignment with district priorities
  • Lead, engage, and collaborate with staff, parents, and the community
  • Build relationships with Indigenous peoples, organizations, and communities
  • Use data for school improvement
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent and other senior leaders to drive district-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in an educational field
  • Minimum of five years experience as a school principal or equivalent leadership experience
  • Proven experience in the use of data for school improvement
  • Knowledge of the British Columbia curriculum (an asset)
