Job Summary:
The Upper Canada District School Board is seeking a qualified Secondary Long-Term Occasional Teacher to join our team. As a Long-Term Occasional Teacher, you will be responsible for providing instruction and support to students in a secondary setting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction and support to students in a secondary setting
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification
- Senior Family Studies and Special Education qualifications
- Experience working with students in a secondary setting
