About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apprentice Tile Setter to join our team at JY Shinwoo Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mix, apply, and spread various adhesives using hand trowels to prepare surfaces for tile installation.
  • Set tiles in place and apply pressure to ensure a secure bond to the base material.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools, ensuring a seamless finish.
  • Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles to maintain the integrity of the installation.
  • Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural, and floor designs, requiring attention to detail and creativity.
  • Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite tiles, showcasing expertise in working with high-end materials.
  • Mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces, demonstrating proficiency in various tile installation techniques.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
