CA09 Labatt Brewing Company Limited is seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at the London Brewery location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the movement of trailers, packaging materials, dunnage, and finished goods within the brewery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) to maintain quality beer production.
  • Work safely and follow all EH&S safety policies/procedures.
  • Complete all required safety checks and adhere to London Brewery Rules and Departmental policies.
  • Follow required BRC/HACCP standards and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers on business-related issues.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and arrive on time for work.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in all job functions and assist coworkers in resolving production issues.

Requirements:

  • AZ License with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience and an accident-free record.
  • Clean Driver's Abstract with no major convictions or suspensions.
  • Willingness to be trained on warehouse and forklift duties.
  • Basic mechanical understanding.
  • Ability to safely maneuver multiple trailer sizes and tractor types in tight spaces and traffic.

Working Conditions:

  • Shift work is required.
  • Ability to work standard 40-hour M-F work week or modified weekend work shift (2 x 12-hour shifts).
  • Ability to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to meet all physical demands of the job, including lifting, frequent stair climbing, bending, sitting, standing, and walking on uneven surfaces.
