About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Andreas Berlemis. As a live-in caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Travel and Child Supervision: Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Clothing and Linen Care: Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
  • Child Care and Development: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and instruct them in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Discipline and Safety: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Nutrition and Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to ensure the children receive a balanced diet.
  • Rest and Sleep Routine: Prepare infants and children for rest periods and ensure they get adequate sleep.
  • Emotional Well-being: Supervise and care for children, and tend to their emotional well-being.
Target Audience

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for toddlers to pre-school age (1-3 years) and school-age children (6-12 years).

Requirements
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
