We are seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team at Intense Construction Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Installation Planning: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for fence installations.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and prepare invoices and work orders for fence installation projects.
  • Pre-Installation: Measure and mark guidelines for fence installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with necessary equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead other workers on fence installation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Tool Operation: Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently for fence installation tasks.
  • Scaffolding and Platforms: Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as required for fence installations.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for fence installation projects.
  • Environmental Considerations: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, aligning with our company's commitment to sustainability.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for fence installation.
Language and Work Environment

This role requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
