About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automobile Sales and Leasing Representative to join our team at DISTINCT MOTORS INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes.
  • Provide expert advice on our extensive range of vehicles, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control and analysis.
  • Prepare vehicles for sale, rental, or lease, ensuring they are presented in the best possible condition.
  • Conduct sales transactions through our online electronic commerce platform, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in the automobile sales and leasing industry is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in a multicultural setting is an asset.
