About the Team
The Workplace Health and Safety team at Amazon aims to provide a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. As an Onsite Medical Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that works closely with site managers, wellness specialists, and other stakeholders to promote employee health and well-being.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities as an Onsite Medical Representative will include providing first aid and emergency response services, conducting health assessments, and developing wellness programs. You will also maintain accurate records, manage workers' compensation claims, and participate in incident investigations and case management review meetings.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid certification in primary care paramedicine, emergency medical technology, or licensed practical nursing. A bachelor's degree in exercise sciences, exercise physiology, health sciences, or kinesiology is also acceptable. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be proficient in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping software.

Preferred Qualifications
A background in ergonomics, experience coaching on body mechanics, and proficiency in teaching first aid and CPR training are preferred qualifications. Experience managing musculoskeletal disorders, familiarity with federal and provincial regulations, and proficiency in digital recordkeeping software are also beneficial.
