Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients Consolidation and Reporting team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of their financial reporting processes, contributing to strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to management on variances and trends.
- Coordinate the monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial reports and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in audit preparations.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on best practices in consolidation and reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidation, or reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
