Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Store Leadership candidate to join our team. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of the golf industry and passion for the sport
