Marketing Automation Leader

AlgaeCal is seeking a seasoned marketing automation expert to lead our efforts in delivering personalized customer journeys. As the Marketing Automation Leader, you will be responsible for creating and managing campaigns that guide customers through every stage, focusing on keeping them loyal and encouraging more purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Develop and implement personalized marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Lead a cross-functional team in executing marketing automation initiatives
  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with the business to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation tools and technologies

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing automation initiatives
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Cordial, or Acoustic
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
