We are seeking skilled Videographers/Camera Operators to join our dynamic team at DanceBUG Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing and streaming dance competitions, recitals, and workshops nationwide.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Set up and manage video, audio, and streaming equipment on-site.
  • Conduct daily video and audio tests to ensure quality.
  • Record and log performances as well as manage the live broadcast.
  • Upload and/or ship data as required.
  • Communicate with your assigned Coach, Managers, and Onsite Contacts weekly.
  • Travel to events as required.

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years as a Videographer/Camera Operator.
  • Expertise in camera settings and audio management.
  • Proficiency with Windows and basic editing software (DaVinci, Premiere a plus).
  • Ability to manage data and work "production" hours.
  • Valid Canadian Driver's License.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with loud music, flashing lights, and extended periods of stationary work.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector check.

**Compensation & Benefits**

$300-$400 per shooting day + all expenses paid. Travel time is also compensated. Additionally, you will receive paid training, singular occupancy hotel room, and comprehensive benefits package.
