Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager to join our International Tax team and take on the following responsibilities:

  • Provide tax services to our clients, including our growing public company division, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of taxation concepts and apply your knowledge to complex situations affecting our clients.
  • Propose innovative tax solutions and prepare tax reorganizations, reviews, and memorandums to support our clients' needs.
  • Engage in tax consulting activities, including advising on international expansion, inbound expansion into Canada, and tax controversy matters.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Invest in the professional development of your team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Your Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with a Canadian CPA designation and In-Depth Tax Course or Masters of Tax. You should have at least 5 years of experience in the public accounting industry, specializing in Tax, and possess a strong understanding of Canadian and International Tax. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
