About the Role

We're seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join our team at CARFAX. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex mobile applications on the iOS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using the latest Apple hardware and operating-system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Diagnose and fix issues discovered by QA testers and business users, ensuring timely release and deployment of updated app versions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS frameworks, technologies, and design patterns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT field.
  • ~2-3 years proven experience developing mobile applications for the iOS platform, with emphasis on the Swift language.
  • ~ Solid understanding of MVC / MVVM paradigms and Cocoa Touch design patterns.
  • ~ Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit, MapKit, Core Data, XCTest, and others (SwiftUI is an added advantage).
  • ~ Experience integrating with 3rd-party services such as RESTful APIs and SalesForce.
  • ~ Familiarity with UX design workflows and tools such as Invision.
  • ~ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
