At RJM Tax & Accounting Services Inc., we are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial planning and management services to our clients.

Job Summary

The Financial Planning and Management Specialist will be responsible for managing the financial planning and management process for our clients, including identifying their financial goals and objectives, analyzing their financial records, and developing financial plans that meet their needs.

About You
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial planning and management principles and practices.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the financial planning and management process for clients, including identifying financial goals and objectives, analyzing financial records, and developing financial plans.
  2. Analyze financial documents and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement cost savings initiatives to reduce expenses and improve profitability.
  4. Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on budgeting, cash flow management, and investment strategies.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and projects.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
