Job Summary

We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team in Morrisville, NC, USA. As a UX Designer, you'll work with a diverse and talented team to create consumer-centric, groundbreaking UXUI design and concepts for Lenovo's IDG business. You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary design teams, including Design Research, HW design, and CMF, to develop innovative UX design solutions that wow our end-users and create value for business.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Design + Innovation Team to develop user-centered design solutions that meet business goals and customer needs.
  • Design and develop innovative UX design concepts, prototypes, and user experiences that align with Lenovo's brand and design language.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Design Research, HW design, and CMF, to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business requirements.
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including user journeys, task analysis, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Present design proposals and solutions to team leaders and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic/web design, UX, or related field.
  • 1+ years of UX design experience in consumer SW or web-based applications.
  • Outstanding skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience in prototyping and working in agile environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
