We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Partnership Developer to spearhead our new business development efforts.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including field supervisors, procurement, and operations managers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

This is a remote role, ideal for a highly motivated and self-starting sales professional with strong industry connections and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Regularly report on sales activity, pipeline, and progress to management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of outside sales experience in oil and gas or industrial services.
  • Ideal experience with hauling, fluid management, or related fields.
  • A strong network and understanding of the oilfield services market.
