We are seeking a skilled Security Guard to join our team at Active Security. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with special needs and provide support as required
- Produce accurate and detailed reports of incidents and events
- Operate security control room equipment and respond to alarms
- Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect shoplifting and theft
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience an asset, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
This is a permanent, on-the-road job with a variable schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
